On Saturday,May 14,2022 at 1420(est) an 18 year old man, had driven 200 plus miles, in his parents automobile, from his home in Conklin, New York to Buffalo, New York. He parked momentary, to gather his thoughts and check his cell phone, on a side street just south of the Landon street and Wohlers Ave intersection. Just 3 miles from the Canadian Peace bridge border crossing. After gaining his gusto, he drove down Landon street and made a left turn into the Tops Supermarket. Jockeyed his car around then pulled up to the front door just in front of the mail box. He stepped out of his car and unleashed a magazine of bullets out of an Bushmaster semiautomatic rifle killing 10 people. The first several shots killed a white women in a blue dress at point blank range. He was dressed in clothing similar to US military combat fatigues, complete with a camera mounted helmet, which was used to live stream video of his actions, and he wore body armor including a chest protector with and Emblem similar to the emblem of the Ukrainian Azov battalion and gloves. Ukrainian Azov battalion (neo-NAZI's) is a group US President Biden supports. He was equipped with two rifles and a Mossberg 500 shotgun . One rifle, being the weapon of choice, was a Bushmaster semiautomatic XM-15 rifle. The other was a Savage Axis XP rifle. Payton "Gendron" being the alleged shooter squeezed 50 shots off during the assault. New York state limits the magazine capacity to 10 rounds. However, the shooters magazine had more than 10 rounds. A violation of New York State law, but not a US Constitutional violation. 13 of those rounds hit the intended target. 10 were fatal. The shooter shot Three people, while walking to the entrance of the store, and then exchanged gunfire with the security guard who was a retired state certified lawman of the city. The shooter killed the lawman during the gun battle, but received a round in his body armor. The lawman was brave, but unfortunately he was alone in the defense. Following the gun battle with the lawman, the shooter entered the Tops supermarket and began another killing spree. This time shooting eight unarmed people six of whom died. [1] At 1435, fifteen minutes later, the shooter was reported to be in custody by on-duty Buffalo city lawmen.

The alleged shooter, 18 year old Payton Gendron, was a recently graduated high school student. The first born son of two highly educated parents, bureaucrats working for the New York State as engineers. However, Mr. Gendron had some issues during his tenure in high school. He made it public he wanted to to shoot up his high school and engage in a murder-suicide. He was detained. After a psychiatric evaluation by mental health practitioners, he was released a day later. At that time he was 17 years old. The State of New York under disgraced Governor Cuomo, who was alleged to be a treat to women, passed new legislation on Gun control in 2019, known as the Red Flag gun Protection law.[2] It was signed into law one year before Mr. Gendron graduated from high school. The law prevents individuals who show signs of being a threat to themselves or others from purchasing or possessing any kind of firearm. It is kind of a snitch law. Anyone can have weapons removed from another by merely asserting they are a threat to others. It is a way to crowd source Gun Control. In addition, it appears Mr. Gendron had been traumatized by main stream media COVID gas lighting. After the State of New York lifted COVID restrictions he wore a full body hazmat suit for days, which many people considered extreme for the time. [3]

The Buffalo Mass Shooter purchased his firearm legally from a respected gun store dealer 20 miles from his home. The dealer who sold Mr. Gendron the firearm completed a through and comprehensive back ground check. The dealer claims the gun was in full compliance with New York State law. That is, the weapon of choice was sold as a semi automatic rifle with a 10 round magazine capacity. Thus, we must conclude a private gun shop owner did his due diligence correctly. New York State laws provide those over the age of 18 can purchase shotguns and rifles without a permit providing they pass a background check.[4] It is alleged that Mr. Gendron modified his firearm with a drill and parts he purchased for 60.00 dollars to hold high capacity magazines. Thus, a violation of New York State Law not the US Constitution.The shooter wore RMA Armament Inc. body armor. It is light and effective. The shooter, a 18 year man, fresh out of high school with no prior formal training, was shot by the security guard, a highly trained and seasoned professional, in a close quarters exchange of gunfire, and prevailed. Not only did he prevail, after the battle, his composer was such that he continued into the store to inflict more damage. In addition, the shooter wore an Army Surplus Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH). These helmets were developed by the US Army Soldier system center and US Army Special operations center. There are several variations of these ACH Hemet's with some containing a forehead mount for electronic gear. Mr Gendron is alleged to have modified his helmet to out fit a forward facing camera.[5] In closing, Many of these items are featured and sold (bought with game points) in various meta-verse stores for online first person shooter games.

The alleged Buffalo mass shooter is an 18 year old marginal student and freshly out of high school. He has been analysed once for mental/emotional outbursts by the State of New York. It has been alleged he wrote a 180 page online manifesto. A manifesto CNN claims to have obtained before the shooters name was released an minutes after the conflagration.

The document, independently obtained by CNN shortly after the attack and before authorities released the suspect's name[6]

The uni-bomber who was a Harvard educated doctoral degree professor in the city of Berkeley, CA. had a manifesto of only 100 pages.

Umpqua Community College mass shooter in Oregon an educated black man who who killed 9 white people and injured 8 with nothing more than pistols had a manifesto of only 6 pages.

Communist Manifesto of 1905 written by the Karl Marx of Russia was only 30 pages.

Furthermore, An online streaming company somehow managed to take the streaming video offline within two minutes. In the first minute of the video, which can be found online, the shooter is sitting in his car. What triggered this company to block the video in such short time. Do they have algorithms for such an incident? This would seem highly unlikely since Ukrainians are sending war footage to Russians.[7] Were they alerted by someone? How would this someone know who to call, and what account in such a short time? Remember, the shooter made a cell phone check just before his attack. Then he drove a short mile to the Tops Supermarket.

Thus far, the FBI has not concluded the alleged shooter wrote the manifesto himself. In addition, no hate crimes have been filed. Only one count of murder. This seems odd indeed based on the racist publicity being displayed.
